Association for Protection of the Disabled and Orphan receives gift presented by Delegation of Anseong City, Korea
Chairman of Anseong City Council Ahn Jung Youl and members of his entourage on December 22 paid a visit and presented gifts (20 wheelchairs) to Association for Protection of the Disabled and Orphan( APDO) in Tuyen Quang province. Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Hoang Viet Phuong attended the gift giving ceremony.

The APDO is currently sponsoring about 30,000 the disabled and orphans, of which 15,000 people are living with disabilities and orphans who are entitled to monthly disability allowances and free health-care insurance.
On behalf of the Provincial People's Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Viet Phuong expressed the greateful thanks to the Delegation, who helped the province and the APDO to take care of the disabled. The wheelchairs gifted by the delegation will help the disabled to move more easily and energize them so that they can release their feelings of inferiority complex about their disabilities and gain confidence in themselves in the life.
