Speaking at the opening of the program, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyễqn Văn Sơn emphasized that in 2022, Tuyên Quang province has achieved important results despite facing many difficulties. To achieve that needs solidarity, unity, high determination of the whole political system, the efforts and consensus of the people of all ethnic groups in the province, the companionship of the business community.

On this occasion, on behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Nguyễn Văn Sơn, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee expressed his appreciation to The Party, the State and central agencies for creating favorable conditions for Tuyên Quang. Sơn also sent sincere thanks to compatriots, comrades, officers, soldiers, entrepreneurs, businesses and the Tuyên Quang people in all regions of the country and abroad for their efforts.

The program highlighted 10 outstanding events of Tuyên Quang province in 2022. Including: President Nguyễn Xuân Phúc attended the Ceremony to receive the Certificate of registration "Then practice of the Tày, Nùng, Thái in Việt Nam" to the list of Representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity and the opening of Tuyên Quang city Festival in 2022; The province's economy recovered and developed, completed the main targets, the growth rate of gross domestic product (GRDP) 8.66%; Approving the Tuyên Quang -Hà Giang expressway project, phase I; Successfully organizing many major cultural and sporting events, tourism is a bright spot in the province's efforts to recover and develop socio-economically; Successfully organized activities to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Uncle Hồ's return to Tuyên Quang to lead the resistance; Strengthening the close relationship between the Party and the People; take care of the people's life, well implement social security policies; support to build new houses and repair houses for 2,464 poor households, with a total budget of over VND 250 billion; External activities, attracting investment achieved important results; The project of Nguyễn Tất Thành Square - The quintessence of the mountains and forests won the "Asia City Landscape Award" in 2022; National defense, security, social order and safety are ensured; The work of building a clean and strong Party and political system has achieved many important results.
