On the morning of 7-7, the delegation of the Ministry of Health led by Professor Tran Van Thuan, Deputy Minister of Health visited and worked at the provincial General Hospital. Deputy Minister of Health Tran Van Thuan expressed his appreciation for the province's interest in the health sector and acknowledged and praised the outcomes attained by the provincial General Hospital. At the same time, he recognized the leadership and medical staff of the hospital for their efforts to create cutting-edge technologies to meet the needs of medical examination, treatment, and public health, particularly in the care of cancer patients, which has resulted in many positive changes.

Earlier, the leaders and the delegation came to offer incense at the relics of the Ministry of Health, village 4, Tan Long commune (Yen Son). Here the Ministry of Health and the Institute of Microbiology, Staff Hospital, and Department of Otolaryngology set up their headquarters during the resistance war against French colonialism, from 1950 to 1954.
