Tuyen Quang hosts the opening ceremony to respond to the peak day of volunteering for a civilized city at the central level
On August 11, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union launched the "Volunteer for a Civilized City and Support Online Public Services in 2023" peak day at Nguyen Van Huyen High School in Tuyen Quang City.
Attending the opening ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Pham Duy Trang, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Chairman of the Central Committee of Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers; Nguyen Hung Vuong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Committee for Mass Mobilization, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee. The delegates of the Central Youth Union, departments, branches, unions and more than 500 union members, young people, and students attended the ceremony.

At the program, the Central Committee of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union awarded a "Vivid Road" project worth VND 50 million, a "Children's playground" worth VND 100 million, 6 scholarships for students worth VND 30 million dong, 15 tons of cement to build a charity house worth VND 20 million, 1 charity house worth VND 50 million, 1 street lighting project worth VND 125 million and 1 waste classification model worth VND 100 million. The total resources of the Central Youth Union to support Tuyen Quang Provincial Youth Union is VND 475 million.

The peak day is one of the three peak activities in the 2023 summer youth volunteer campaign launched by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. The activities aim to build smart, green, clean, and safe urban environments, eliminate environmental pollution, promote a civilized urban lifestyle, and support online public services and administrative procedures.
Right after the opening ceremony, delegates and youth union members carried out activities to respond to the peak day.
